Received an email notification today from the Rivian shop that the 21in wheel caps are available for order now for those that have been waiting as I have… although I’ve decided not to shell out the $80 (!!) for a set. I didn’t see any posts announcing this here so figured I’d put it out there.

I made my own using generic caps from AMZN and then getting the decals from TWRAPS. They're probably not as fancy as the OEMs (haven't seen them yet) but they look pretty good and total cost was around $30 all in.
