One of the videos that Rivian did had a snippet about the interior. He made a quick comment about rubbing samples on his shoes. If it left a mark, it was out. Or something like that. So, I am taking that as the interior should be easy to clean. Rivian Video - Jump to 4 minutes in

The Rivian R1T and R1S are themed as adventure vehicles and it would be a shame if the interior doesn't hold up to that. We can however take some preventative measures. Like using an automotive fabric and carpet protector.

I wish there was a tan/brown option - would look awesome w/ the launch green. I ended up choosing Ocean Coast....just tired of black.

I don't like the off white, I don't ever choose black if I don't have to and I'm really not a fan of the pea green. Would love a tan option.

I also like the idea of tan or light brown. They would go with any exterior color and be much easier to keep clean.

I did travel to Austin to see the Rivian..

Were you allowed to sit in the vehicles? If so, can you share anything cool you saw or your thoughts? For example, one YouTube video I saw caught a Rivian employee saying the roof crossbars can also snap inside the R1S to be used to transport things like plywood and not hurt the carpet.
