part of this issue is just that 'The Media'. If my Rivian gets me 300 miles that is really far. I know there are lots of people who need more but according to national data the average American only drives 250 miles a week..... Plenty of EVs do that already and with the tech getting better the real question is why isn't then media talking about this.

NYC to Boston 226 miles (1 charge)
San Fran to LA 338 miles (1 charge with a stop over to finish it out)
Phili to Raleigh 400 miles (2 charges)

It isn't as bad as they are making it out to be. Also remember this isn't for everyone and every situation but for the average person it is fine.

Agreed.

Plus, if you time your stops right, you can grab a late breakfast/early lunch and then something later in the day.

People seem to think they need to "fill up", but it's actually way faster to just get to 60-70% and then move on (especially if you have a juicy 200+ KWH charger you can hit).
