@Nachlas, agreed, Nikola is toast. As I understand they have until the beginning of December to sort out a deal with GM and if that falls through the new CEO has stated they won’t be building the Badger. As for the GMC Hummer, my understanding is that it won’t be ready until 2022.

The real race in my opinion is between Rivian and Lordstown motors’ Endurance. Being first to market is attractive for these guys because who wins will forevermore get to say “we’re the first electric pickup truck.” Which could be taking advantage of for marketing (and bragging).

Elon Musk is very competitive and Austin is being very accommodating to getting that plant up. Cybertruck is supposed to be first produced there... I wouldn't bet against them surprising everyone and getting the first out the door... quality control be dammed lol

Well for the sake of those future Cybertruck owners I hope they take care of quality. Looks like Tesla’s have been having some issues as of late.
