I just pre-ordered a R1S and now I have been wondering about a few things
Canadian tax credits I could expect
and
Where do I go when I have a problem with it
I'm located in Manitoba

For servicing, that's still unclear. Rivian hasn't fully laid out what their plan is going to be. There have been rumors that they're going to have service centers just outside major cities and be able to either take care of issues on the spot and/or at your home.

I don't think the Government will be providing any tax credit for Rivian cars. The starting price is beyond the threshold.
agreed, I see the point of limiting value but it’s also super disappointing to not support a cause for all electric over my gas guzzler. There is also provincial credits you can look at depending on location as well I believe.

I've been checking the Transport Canada website. There are a few electric vehicles on their list that are above $45k. I will keep checking because I've been hearing that the Government wants to pump more money into this program.

that’s good news, I hope you’re right.There was another forum that listed the website to find car listings that are eligible. Keeping eyes peeled for a Rivian for sure
