When I charge with my Chargepoint charger at home my Rivian app gives me very little info about charging. I get time elapsed and start time, but that's it. No current charger rate, no charger info. Just says, "Charger Details Not Available." I have a Chargepoint app but that tells me nothing while charging as well. Is this normal?

I have the same experience with my separate Rivian charger (not the portable one).

Same for me as well. With the hard mounted Rivian branded charger...

Same but my home Rivian Charger struggles to connect to my home network - that could be the issue.

Yep same here using free public ChargePoint chargers. Next to nothing in the way of metrics available in that rivian app yet.

I‘m having the same issue, I just charged my truck using the Rivian charger in my driveway. I set it up with some difficulty but it seemed finally to connect to my router about 50 feet away inside the house behind a stick built wall with conventional insulation (no foil). The main screen shows the charge state but “view charging session” has no information in the first two screens: time remaining and current charger state, the third is populated with range added this session and kWh added, the bottom of all screens says graph unavailable.
