You're making me want to use that station,
@EaglesPDX, even though it's not far from my home, in order to support Rivian's ability to operate its network as it wishes.
I would prefer to see RAN figure out more openness, but that will take time and hardware/software accommodations.
I think the Port can lease to whomever it wants, as long as there's an honest expectation of public benefit. They don't have to agree with you, they just have to have a publicly defensible reason for having done what they did
at the time.
Relevant to many current issues, including the Astoria RAN: As I recall, it might have been President John Kennedy who said, "We will frighten no Russians by threatening our allies."
