I like it, but I also had an Avalanche, which I liked a lot, and I can definitely see some of that in this design. I'm going to put in a reservation as a backup, but the only things that would keep me from taking delivery of my R1T would be the cancellation of the Max Pack or a large price bump (like over $5k). Even with a price bump, it would be a very hard decision to cancel.

There is a lot of frontal area in that design, especially when you compare it to the R1T. I would for sure not go with the RST package shown here. The 24" wheels are way too big. I would opt for something around a 2" with more sidewall.

I'm good friends with a dealership owner here in Canada. He sent me the link to pre-order then 2 mins later said they were sold out!

Might be the First Edition is sold out. You can still make a reservation for the regular WT or RST trims.
