We are R1S Glacier White, Black, 21" road reservation holders since Jan 2021. Delivery window estimate of July-Sept 2023. One of big concerns of taking delivery was a nearby service center. Thankfully, it looks like the Cincinnati Service Center is almost ready to open! Location is 11935 Tramway Dr. Sharonville, OH 45241.

It appears the chargers are all 48 Amp, like home chargers. Surprised they do not have a RAN charger, like Tesla has Superchargers at many dealerships and service centers. There about 6 charge stations. Does Rivian charge $ to use these?

I've had my R1T in Cincinnati since November - hoping I don't need any service at least until this place opens!

Great news. Had to drive 3 hours to Chicago for service. Rather drive to Cincinnati and visit with family/friends while servicing the Rivian if needed.

FYI I was at the Orlando, FL service center this past weekend checking the air bag sensor recall and they told me the Cincinnati service center is live and open. I asked because I am relocating to the area and this is great news especially if they are calling for minor recalls and such. I could not find anywhere online or in the Rivian site where it states it is open but the tech showed me on his computer the live service comms site that techs use and it was active. I will assume you call the 800 number and they will route you there.

Also, charging is free at the Orlando site so I will assume it is for all service sites if they are available. If you drop off your vehicle (as I have in the past) they will generally charge and clean your vehicle before picking up.

Not open yet. I have a minor issue (water in my front bumper camera) - and was told I would need to drive 3.5 hours to Cleveland to have this fixed. Mobile couldn't do it due to recalibration of cameras. Tesla does the recalibration automatically by just driving around.
They told me they didn't have a date for the Cincinnati service center opening.

I swung by the Cincinnati Service Center again on Tuesday last week. I met the site manager. They are still hiring and ramping operations. He thought they would be ready for deliveries and servicing mid April.

Well that’s a bummer! Tech must have just been looking at internal comms page. Hope they are open by May. That’s when I will be driving my truck up from Florida. Thanks for the update @bearcats513 and @JCWCVG.
