My truck is plugged into the charger 110v in the garage. When I try to precool the truck it won’t turn on. Is this expected behavior?

100plus degrees in the garage…

Looks like it was a bug. Did a soft restart and can precool now when charging. I was concerned this is how the truck is supposed to be. Couldn’t imagine sitting at a charging station on a road trip and not be able to turn on climate control.
