Had our R1S a week now and my issue may be partly due to my age, although my vision in one eye is fairly good. My career was in transportation engineering and I am cognant on how information should be easy to read at a glance, rather than having to squint for it. The amount of remaining charge is barely legible at the distance my eye is ususally from the screen.

I am with you on the legibility of some of the center screen info. As a matter of fact, on the poll I took yesterday, I made the suggestion that some of the items be relocated and enlarged for easier reading.

+1. I can't read the clock that's all the way in the upper right corner of the center screen without feeling like I'm spending far too much time attempting to focus on it and not watching the road!

Agree with all of this - the clock is too small and in the wrong place, and the battery indicator is way too small. I’m old but my near field view is still pretty good - the font is just too small.

Agreed clock is too small. However I think the screen and font size is a bit better than Tesla’s. Font size on the Tesla was a deal breaker for my wife. No ability to change it. As my wife said, “what are all these Tesla owners going to do when they reach 40?”
