Took delivery of my R1T Launch three days ago and almost everything is great, but while viewing some videos on-line I noticed that some deliveries came with a cool RIVIAN box that contained the carabiner FOB, key cards and wrist band. My delivery specialist didn't know anything about this box. Just curious if anyone with recent a delivery got one? Sorry for the lousy photo, taken from computer screen shot.

@Mike_in_Texas is another owner that didn't get the box. I also remember reading about a few others that also didn't get it. Have you tried going beyond your guide and reaching out to Rivian's customer support team (via (888) RIVIAN1 or [email protected])

I was told that the box and wrist band would be shipped to me later

I didn't receive the box either, I picked up my truck at the local Service Center and was just handed all the keys.

No date was given. I am expecting a few weeks after delivery just like the accessories.

I was just handed all of my keys, including wrist band, but no box. Must be plastic box supply chain woes.

I was contacted by Rivian service and was told that the wrist band and full size spare will be shipped soon. No box mentioned.

I did not get a box or wrist band. I was told that the wrist bands only come with the launch editions. They will be in the gear shop for adventure package owners in the future.

So I told my Delivery Specialist, “WELL TANKS FUR NUTIN’!”
