Here's some steps you can take to find your Order Number. When you do find it please post it below.
  • Click the link for "View Details" in your preorder confirmation email.
  • Right click to view source
  • Search (Ctrl or Command +F) for "Order #".
Here's an example:

<div class="step" data-step="thank-you">
<div class="step__sections">
<div class="section">
<div class="section__header os-header">
<svg class="icon-svg icon-svg--color-accent icon-svg--size-48 os-header__hanging-icon" aria-hidden="true" focusable="false"> <use xlink:href="#checkmark" /> </svg>
<div class="os-header__heading">
<span class="os-order-number">
Order #4037
</span>
<h2 class="os-header__title" id="main-header" tabindex="-1">
Thank you!
</h2>
</div>
</div>
</div>"

Interesting! I'm 7977, signed up for a R1S on 2/25/19. Wondering if it's just counting up or if it separates by reservation type (even though they can be changed).

Keep in mind the order of the EVs built will be prioritized by the battery pack selected and the higher cost EV over than when you placed your pre-order.

From the confirmation email -
"Fully equipped vehicles with the highest performance level and largest battery pack will enter production first. Our 180 kWh and 135 kWh packs will be available at launch with the 105 kWh to follow ..."

E.g. A Jun 1, 2019 pre-order configures their order for a fully loaded 180 kWh BP could be built before, say, a Jan 1, 2019 pre-order configured for a basic 135 kWh BP. An even more extreme case would be if the Jan 1 pre-order is intended for the 105 kWh BP.

We pre-ordered the R1S at the Fully Charged Expo in Austin last February - it sure seems like it more like last year! Our order # is 41498. So, if Rivian's production line puts out 10K units per day, we're in good shape! :)

Here's some more information about your order number and how to roughly determine where your place is in line. Because there isn't 50,000 pre-orders yet.

If your preorder number is less than 21K (before 12/26/19), subtract 1K
If your preorder number is less than 45K (before late May 2020), subtract 20K
If your preorder number is more than 50K (after late May 2020), subtract 25K
