The door doesn’t sit flush after opening. Is that the way it is? Should it snap back in place.

I had a loaner during a service appointment and also saw the loaner with this issue. It definitely shouldn't do that though. i would get the service center to fix it. Mine sits tight and flush

Same here, and it hasn’t been exposed to hot weather.

Mine has been floppy/warped since day 1 and my truck has not seen any hot weather yet. At some point I'll make a service appointment for this and a few other minor issues.

I don't think the door is supposed to be properly secured down. Since my delivery day, the door was always loose. In fact it was one of the walk through items we reviewed before delivery. It does not have the same securing mechanism as the 12V doors.

Mine is not like that. Mine closes tightly.

Mine also since day 1… read about a guy that put a Velcro adhesive tab … I’ll try that.
