Curious if anyone here that bought a used Rivian can guide me on how they communicated with Rivian that they were the new owner? Any suggestions or tips buying used?
I have not bought a used one but I would think the seller would need to communicate with Rivian. I also would suggest you call 888 RIVIAN1 and/or email Rivian [email protected]
hello we bought the second hand car a week ago and we are still waiting for Rivian to change ownership and we still can't use the app on the phone. Has anyone been through this experience or know why the process takes so long! Thanks
