Based on the past examples it's pretty normal for a stock to be under the IPO price by the time the lockup ends. It also looks like the stock will likely tumble right before the lockup... so expect it to go down.
Then... whio knows
Of course, this could all get messy if either Ford or Amazon sell off a big chunk of stock.
