LFMAO... You're about 6~8 months too late for that kind of asking price.

Do yourself a favor and go look at comps for R1S these days.

you wont be getting anywhere close to that lol, going for 90-95k all day brand new with less than 250 miles, deal with whole sale clubs direct to consumer, you will never get close to that

Note to OP/seller: This should have been posted in the Classified section, not the General Discussion forum. Please also note that the classified section is for use by active forum members.

Looks like most are still in the $90s (with the most recent for $103k), plus the 4.5% buyer's fee, and you are still talking about mid- to high-90s. Agreed that $110k is probably out of the question, but high-$90s are probably still very much in play (depending on the configuration and location).

The seller's location for that C&B sale at $103k was San Francisco, which has to be at least part of the reason for the price. It was a "no reserve" auction starting at $64k with 31 bids at the close. On the other end of the spectrum, I've seen an occasional R1S go for the high $80's though as folks have already pointed out, most R1S resales are in the $90 - $94k range at present.

Agreed on location playing a role. $90k-$94k on Cars and Bids (BaT) would also mean an additional $3k-$4k in buyer's fees, so mid-to-high $90s is probably just about the average. It also looks like most of the lower end of that spectrum are cheaper color (LA Silver)/wheel (21") combinations - and as we all know, those can quickly add up in the configurator.

EV's being common in CA and SF (all West Coast) I'd think that would work to lower not raise the price. If you can save $10k driving it 1,000 to home, I think most would do that.

Fair deal for someone buying a price protected would be 50% of price difference.

Agree with previous comment that the window closed some time ago to get a premium for either model. Bringatrailer.com results are ranging from $89K-$91K for R1S. Last R1T on the site sold for $75K. For those who were fortunate enough to get the R1T or S when the sticker was like $78K...they made a killing on the auction site. Selling north of $90K and likely pulled in the $7500 tax credit too. As usual I was 'a day late and dollar short' :) Oh well, I'm enjoying my truck.

Agree that the window has definitely closed for a $15k - $30k premium flip.
Just took possession of my much anticipated 2023 R1S on May 10th (less than 300 mi)....All in at $84,077.35 (Adventure Pak, Quad-Motor, Large Battery, Glacier White, Ocean Coast Interior, 22" Bright Wheels & Home Wall Charger), going to ask $89k firm once I receive the Title. No issues and really think it's a sporty SUV but going to stick with smaller ICE SUV that I have.

The one in Atlanta is being auctioned without the title in hand. Seems like a potential problem for the buyer.
