Off-Roading a Tesla Model X

YouTubers Out of Spec Motoring took a Tesla Model X with stock tires high suspension setting, and slip start mode off-roading to see how it would handle. To my surprise watching this, it did pretty well.

While Rivians are being designed and developed as adventure vehicle for people who love being in the outdoors and off-roading, unlike Teslas. It would be interesting to see how the the Model X and the R1S would compare side by side off-road with the proper tires.

I always thought Tesla could have done more with the Model X, like an off-road package.
YT'er Bjørn Nyland from Norway took his Model X to an off-road course (I believe used for training certain classes of truck drivers) back in Dec 2017, so it was primarily snow and ice with some occasional mud. Let's just say his M X did not fair as well. If you have never seen his videos, he's quite the character.

No need when most sell to people driving on well paved roads. A concept-like off-road build from Tesla would be cool though. But Tesla's too boring for that.

I'm still impressed that it was able to do all of that in the snow, despite falling into a crater haha.

I agree with eHauler and Kenoneal, some kind of odd-road package would be cool, given its potential to handle different terrains.
