This is great. They got a huge smack in the face and did the right thing in reversing the decision. But as far as I'm concerned, the trust is gone. I will be thinking very carefully about whether or not to reinstate my cancelled order. If they've made a tremendous screw-up like this once, what's to say they won't do something similar in future, like cancelling a warranty program or pricing their next gen vehicles at such outrageous levels that the company goes BK?
