Has anyone found a descent rear seat matress?

I am on the short side and want to sleep on the rear seat of my R1T when camping.

Not exactly on point but I created a rear seat bed for my 90 pound dog by pulling the rear bottom seats up, cutting a sheet of plywood to cover the exposed storage area and bought from Amazon a 48 x 18 inch patio bench cushion which is 3 inches thick.
