Interesting that the article calls Rivian a "California-based company". Not too long ago Rivian was a Michigan-based company. 😭

LinkedIn and other social presence show Irvine, CA as the company location. I remember the same early stories listing Michigan as the headquarters. I also noticed UK and BC on the corporate website that I never heard of before now. I guess $10.5 Billion raised to date gets you some worldwide locations.
