My rear climate display does not react to any change made by the rear passenger.

1. it does lit up and show the status
2. I can change the setting from the front center panel
3. I turn off auto and Sync to see if it would change but it does not.

Any body else have that issue?

Same issue. My rear screen does not respond to any touch input since delivery. I reported it but have not yet scheduled service.

I also reported it three weeks ago. No update!

Same issue, reported about 3 weeks ago. Each time I ask for status, I'm told their "diagnostics team" is still looking at it. Same thing with several other minor issues. The local service manager came out to deliver/install my spare that finally showed up a few days ago, and we talked a bit about their issue reporting system. He acknowledged there were communication gaps between the service center and end user, and said they were working to make it better. We shall see. FYI, their service trucks are awesome!

If you hold the two outside buttons on the steering wheel down at the same time, it "reboots" the software. That fixed an issue I was having with sensors. Try it out

Done twice, also a complete vehicle reset . Still same issue
