The configurationshows the dual motor with the available batteries have the same range as the quad motor version, is this because no real world testing of the dual motor version has been carried out?Rivian posted a new model configuration to Twitter not long ago: "Introducing our new Dual-Motor AWD configuration and our 260+ mile Standard battery pack, available today for preorder." The range would be slightly better on the dual motor mainly due to the vehicle being slightly lighter but the difference will likely be minimal. I can't see so many people signing up for the dual motor version unless you show how it can perform vs the quad version.
