It is certainly on their RAN planning map.

BTW, the photo you show is of an L2 charger, actually provided by PowerFlex, which is an independent charging provider, owned by EDF. I hadn't heard that Rivian and PowerFlex were working together. But a forum search showed this started in 2020, so thanks for that as well.

Yup, back in 2020 PowerFlex reported they had 13 stations up and running. Have you come across any of them or other L2 stations?

PowerFlex has a fairly extensive charging network already up and running in California. There are nearly 40 right next to my office, and they are very reasonably priced. Below is the map from their app.
