I'm glad they retained the structure (or were likely forced to). Their Chicago site is on one of the hipper food and shopping streets in what was formerly a warehouse district and the building at that site had some historical charm but it's since been razed since the announcement and a modern multi-story structure is replacing it. Not likely to be finished anytime soon.

Agreed the building is really cool. I love how the "Rivian Automotive" on the front looks like been there for years and not brand new.
