Jimmy, you of all people should understand anything customer service says is a crock of sh?!&. Make it easier for them - ask what color the R1S comes in or do they have a seven seat configuration. Or how about a trickier one - does the flashlight charge itself? For three years now I have never had a straight answer on anything regarding my order - they will come when they come - originally Nov 20, then June 21, then July 21, the Sept 21, then before year end 21, then April-May 22 - will I be shocked in April when they tell me it’s not coming - not really - if a company can keep lying to you and nothing happens they’ll keep lying - either cancel your order or just wait for the call. All we need to know is they are doing their best (or it’s a very poorly run company and we should run) - even if it’s not good enough. Until a vehicle comes out that is better I’ll wait.
