I think they just added plates which look easy to remove with a hex/allen key.

I wish EV Sportline shared more photos of their runningboards/sliders. The angle in that photo doesn't give a whole lot of info.

I like the look of those... And it says they will fit on the R1S.

I'm doubting the same ones will fit both the R1S and the R1T, given a significant wheelbase difference between the two models. But I do like the idea of these as not only sliders, but entry/exit step bars.

Have you looked into DCE's rock sliders? The install looks super easy.

Has anyone else received either of these boards? I ordered mine from EV sportline back in November when i first saw this update and was super excited. They claimed a December delivery so i waited. now its January and now they claim it should be on their end of January to beginning of February run. When i purchased them, they were only $899 i believe. In looking at the prices from DCE and Weistec, it seems like EV Sportline underestimated the cost and now I am being strung along until I say enough is enough and move to another dealer. Any inputs or updates are welcomed
