I've service my Rivian for a few things at this point. Rivian has emailed me estimates to sign off on; however I've gotten an email on one occasion that included a record of what was done. I though I might be able to access my vehicle service history in the portal but I couldn't. I contacted Rivian and they said "we're working on it." Has anyone else experienced this?

When u access your app go to your acct and then go to Rivian service. Under service history click on past invoices. For each invoices, click on the 3 dots to access it. I've always download each invoices for my copy to file for easy and readily available.
