The headline makes it sound like they left, but the article sounds more like they were let go as part of a re-org.

Probably because all these men were over 25. Seems to be the new "norm" for Rivian by hiring 20-somethings to take Senior Leadership positions when they are neither Seniors or have even lead a team.
