Been a part of Tesla for years and most of that group is tough to deal with.

Tesla has such fanboi's that no matter what Tesla did, if you even thought about saying something to critique Tesla, you got pounded. "Tesla says so, so it much be right"

Rivian family seems to be far more realistic and knows that the customer is what matters.

Happy to see that we all stood up to Rivian and made it loud and clear that their actions were unacceptable.

Rivian listened and corrected course. This hardly ever happened with Tesla because so many just accepted what Tesla did and didn't question it.

The events of the past two days shows what a difference speaking your mind can do for a growing company. It helps Rivian, helps the customers and is simply, the right thing to do.

So thank you to all of you for stepping up and making a difference than benefitted EVERYONE!

It wasn't always like that. Tesla in the beginning had amazing service and was very responsive. Its wasn't until they started getting snowballing traction that they could do no wrong. 3 Tesla's later, I had to step away due to poor quality and service, and a number of early adopters have done the same or wants to do the same but there simply aren't any viable options (supercharger network remains king)

Here's to hoping Rivian doesn't end up the same way...
