Perhaps I have missed it but, I have not see a receiver for a hitch on any photos. Will that be included or will that be an aftermarket item? One would think with the towing weight being prominently touted, it would be standard equipment. Help me out. Thanks.

if you go to section “01 Capability” then scroll right to the picture of the skateboard platform, then tap on the “plus” icon you’ll get a picture of the skateboard, from the top. The hitch is visible here, if you want to see it.

Hey @Stinger there's some photos of the R1T's tow hitch here.

Rivian shared some updated info about the trailer hitch and receiver.

The R1T trailer hitch is there when you need it, and hidden when you don’t. A cover designed to improve aerodynamics comes off quickly by removing two retaining screws, revealing a 2'' Class V receiver rated for a 1,155 lbs. tongue weight. Trailer light and brake controls are provided via a 7-pin connector.

No matter what you’re towing, the R1T’s adaptive air suspension helps keep your truck level, even when pulling 11,000 pounds.
