Seem like I looked and looked for the tire pressure monitor info. So called. First person had no idea but the second guide
said to hold down the inner 2 steering buttons and Bam there It was. No one showed me that
So I wonder are there any other tips and tricks we are not aware of?

There are lots of tidbits like this you can find by reading the owners guide. Which is also readable (and searchable) on the center screen of your R1T, if you're bored while charging your car...

Actually, just hold down the left tab on the left steering button. You can also see efficiency and the map..Hold it for a few seconds and let go. If you just tap it, you'll actually be controlling the entertainment system. enjoy

It's also cool that...when the Rivian is in range of the house's Alexa system, you can give household commands from inside the Rivian. My garage is detached from the house...it's kind of trippy to pull in to the garage and tell Alexa to turn on the courtyard lights or the (outdoor) Christmas lights.
