Whilst driving back from the airport yesterday my wife moved the passenger visor over towards her window and pulled it back to extend. It came out of the ceiling of the vehicle 
.
Looks like they didn't screw it in far enough with the special fastener per below. Rivian happens to be out to look at other issues on my truck next week so hoping they can figure this out as I've had to disconnect it and remove it as it was just hanging there. Not great during a Texas summer.
