Tech Crunch was able to use Rivian's pull out kitchen for the R1T and provided a walk around video to go with it.
There's a couple of interesting things the video mentions. The structure/work space of the kitchen is made from richlife, the drying rack is made from bamboo and the drawer inserts are made from cork, and running the cook top for 45 minutes takes away about 1 mile of range from the battery.

It really is impressive how they've designed the kitchen. I don't know how much I'd actually use it lol, but more seriously overlanders are going to have a lot of fun with it.In before R1T overland expedition builds start rolling out. This kitchen is everything we could ask for!
