How about SXM built in for when you’re way off grid with no cell service, and Apple CarPlay so the owner can choose what Apps they want to stream instead of Rivian deliberately restricting that choice?

I just want text message integration. I use iPhone, so CarPlay would be welcome. The content for all the services is pretty much identical. So doesn't it boil down to price and UI? I'm also an old school am radio guy. I hate that I now have to pay to listen to a ball game. I'm also frequently in locations with out connectivity. So I agree SXM has its place since am radio seems to be dying a slow death.

It is my understanding there is no satellite antenna in the Rivian so cell service is the limiting factor.

How about another poll for video streaming so we can advocate for which services they should add first. Would personally love to see Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Youtube TV, Plex, DIsney+, HBO. Others would be welcome.
