I researched the various specs related to taking a Rivian off-road. Each model's specifications are unaffected by the choice of battery pack size.

R1T
Off Road Ground Clearance: 360 mm (~1.18 ft)
Approach Angle: 34 degrees (offroad mode)
Departure Angle: 30 degrees (offroad mode)
Ramp Breakover Angle: 26 degrees (offroad mode)
Maximum Climbing Gradient: 45 degrees
Maximum Water Fording Depth: 1 meter (3.28 feet)

R1S
Off Road Ground Clearance: 365 mm (~1.2 ft)
Approach Angle: 34 degrees (offroad mode)
Departure Angle: 30 degrees (offroad mode)
Ramp Breakover Angle: 29 degrees (offroad mode)
Maximum Climbing Gradient: 45 degrees
Maximum Water Fording Depth: 1 meter (~3.28 feet)
