We are in the Pacific NW and like the rest of the country are having cold and snowy conditions. We have been finfing that the current wiper is freezing and leaving large parts of the windscreen opaque with ice and road grime.

Since there is no heating in the wiper, and defrost does not seem to adress the icing that this needs to be a new feature consideration. Anyone else seeing (or not seeing due to ice) this issue?

I thought when I did my R1T first drive I saw defrosting "tape" pattern below the wiper blade parking spot. Front defrost didn't help?

I will look - the cavity where the wipers goes gets full of snow. I will try agean with emty cavity to see if the tape works. Stay tuned
