This morning while traveling on a lightly snow packed highway with ice underneath (in the dark) we abruptly came upon some debris in the middle lane. It was big. I don't know what it was but it was taller than the hood of the R1S. I broke left to avoid and then back right to bring myself back into the next lane. I immediately felt the R1S lose lateral grip. I was getting ready to slide sideways into the median. But! Just as soon as I felt that, the traction control system brought me back into control. It was truly amazing! I am a very impressed.
When I parked at work I received notification that the update with "snow mode" was ready to install. Ha!
