This wrecked 2022 Rivian R1T Launch Edition was posted on IAA recently, an auction site for lightly damaged, salvage and clear-title vehicles. It's the first R1T production model I have seen in this condition. Post any others you find here.
Add that to the 2 Irvine, CA crashes and at least three totaled by employees.VIN 1062, built Dec 2021. Sounds like an employee vehicle.
Let's just hope they build them better than they drive them.Add that to the 2 Irvine, CA crashes and at least three totaled by employees.
Well it's not wrong..."Notes:Missing Catalytic Converter"
While that sucks, at least it seems to be mostly the tailgate. If the rear quarters were damaged as bad as the gate, then it would easily be a much longer turn around time.A Red Canyon Launch Edition R1T was rear ended. According to the person who posted the photo, it's totalled.

Definitely not a sports car...its much moreI am in no way casting aspersions here, but I wonder if some people are trying to defy physics with a >3 ton vehicle that can do 0-60 mph in 3 seconds. It may seem like it at times, but it is not a ‘sports car’.
Regardless I hope everyone involved are healthy and are able to replace their vehicles asap.
