Hi - I am new owner and my 1st time asking for help here in this forum. I bought my R1S Quad motor in June 2024. Over the weekend, I was filing taxes. To my dismay, I got both federal and state taxes rejected stating the following error.
SA-F8936-030-01 - Schedule A (Form 8936), 'VIN' does not match the e-File database. Please resubmit the return using the correct VIN. If the VIN originally entered is correct, then a binary attachment or [GeneralDependencySmall] with description beginning with "Substantiate VIN" must be present in the return.

My MSRP after the 20% discount in the purchase agreement is $77,850.00. Did anyone get a "Clean Vehicle Seller Report" when purchasing the vehicle? I don't remember getting a copy and not sure if Turbo Tax supports sending it electronically with my taxes.
Appreciate any help/advice anyone can provide me to resolve the issue, so my taxes will be accepted by IRS.
