I picked up my R1T today. And it came with a Due Bill...for an electric tonneau cover. The one that was installed does not work. So I have an open truck bed at the moment. An option would be to go to a manual one, but my first drive guide said the new electric one is 3-5 months out and "will be amazing". We will see........

Congrats on getting your R1T @Anesthesiadds! Are you going to wait for the new electric cover? What do you think of the truck overall?

So far its been great. I am just 36 hours in.
3 complaints so far:
1. No Apple Car Play- I know this is another thread
2. The tonneau cover issue
3. The moonroof doesn't open at all. It would have been nice to split that roof into two sections with one being able to open.
Ride quality and build quality so far is great. comfortable seats and ride

On the bright side, it will be covered for 5 years or whatever mileage is the equivalent. The wait might suck but should be worth it. How did you spec your Rivian?
